Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight of maintenance, housekeeping, and indirect materials management functions for a corporate facility
• Lead and develop facilities staff to deliver service levels within prescribed budgets
• Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors
• Provide coaching and performance management to direct reports
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and building systems uptime
• Perform daily facility inspections and coordinate outstanding projects with the operations team
• Manage on-site contractor activities and vendor management programs
• Ensure safety, compliance, and service delivery standards are met
• Interface with client real estate organizations, building occupants, and tenants to resolve site issues
• Manage client expectations and increase customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with JLL teams on lease administration and tenant coordination
• Prepare and manage monthly operating budgets and forecasts
• Complete variance reports, analyze budget performance, and recommend capital improvements
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate facilities-related records and reports
• Accomplish KPIs under the client Performance Agreement
• Implement JLL and client safety programs
• Share innovations and best practices with JLL Facilities Management teams
