Job summary

JLL is seeking a Planner/Scheduler Manager for our facilities management team in Lake Orion, MI. You will lead maintenance, housekeeping, and indirect materials management, ensuring safety and tenant satisfaction while optimizing uptime and lifecycle performance.

The role partners with Senior Facility Manager and client Facility Area Manager to drive operational excellence, oversee budgets, reporting, and vendor management across multiple sites. Weekend scheduling flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environment.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop facilities staff within prescribed budgets.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and contractor activities.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with real estate and operations teams.
• Prepare budgets, variance reports, and operating/capital budget recommendations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and service standards meet client expectations.
