Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities; set schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications with landlord, tenants, and providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work orders; present performance reports and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules.
• Conduct market research; compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Track facility expenses (regular and ad-hoc).
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to reach objectives.
• Impact team objectives and related teams; support customer goals.
• Lead by example; apply CBRE values and build team consensus.
