Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently. The role is part of Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment planning.

You will manage daily activities, establish schedules, and act as the primary contact for escalations between landlords, tenants, and service providers, while maintaining cost awareness and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and math skills for calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and review work order data for performance reporting.
• Present status reports to management and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Lead cleaning and disinfecting schedules and oversee vendor evaluations.
