Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervising experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures and related concepts.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review data from work order reports and present status reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules.
• Conduct market research and compare vendor costs and benefits.
• Keep track of facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and set approaches to meet team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISe values; build consensus.
