Job summary

You will align operations with property managers and investment plans. The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, vendor selection, scheduling, and building maintenance oversight, with CBRE's RISE values guiding teamwork, integrity, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related supervisory experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and staff.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Research and compare vendor costs and benefits.
• Track facility expenses and support objective-oriented outcomes.
• Lead by example and apply CBRE RISE values to the team.
