Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
• Schedule daily activities and set deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and budgets.
• Conduct facility inspections for compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures.
• Review quotes and manage procurement for projects.
• Provide training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE values.
• Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day facility issues.
• Collaborate with Property Managers on investments.
