Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Denver, CO to supervise the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. The role sits within Facilities Management and supports property managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will manage daily activities, escalate communications, arrange maintenance, review data, and design cleaning schedules while driving efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance/progress reports to management.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating vendors.
• Keep track of facility expenses; support objective attainment for teams.
• Resolve complex problems and propose effective approaches to meet team objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; build consensus.
