Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance and progress reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules for the building.
• Evaluate vendors and compare costs and benefits for new contracts.
