Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization at a location, campus, or portfolio. You will oversee day-to-day operations, vendor contracts, budgets, and reporting to ensure well-maintained properties and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years of property management experience, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of facility systems. On-site role with travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required
• Experience with critical system environments desired
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA, BOMA certifications recommended; other training or certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day facility operations are implemented in line with C&W policies and client directives
• Manage contracts and verify invoices match contract pricing
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions
• Respond promptly to tenant/occupant requests
• Oversee contract programs to meet tenant needs and SLAs
• Maintain site documentation and reports on time
