Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned facility(s) or campus, including custodial, life-safety, and engineering functions. Responsibilities include contract management, budgeting, and coordinating capital projects.

The role requires 5–7 years of commercial property management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong MS Office skills. On-site work with potential travel across properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility(ies) or campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance
• Manage all contracts and verify invoices match pricing
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions
• Respond to tenant requests and oversee ongoing contract programs
• Prepare and review budgets and financial reports related to the facility
• Coordinate annual budget, quarterly reforecast, and business plans
• Develop capital budgets and five-year maintenance plan
• Collect and report data to assess facility management objectives
• Hire, train, motivate facility personnel and conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and claims coordination
• Familiarize with management contract and contract language
• Monitor site safety, vendor compliance, and documentation
