Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities and a campus portfolio. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients to ensure top-tier service, safety, and operational excellence.

The role requires 8–10 years of facility management experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong leadership, financial, and vendor-management skills. On-site responsibilities include coordinating services for custodial, life-safety, and engineering

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes.
• Experience with critical system environments preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, high rise or campus ensuring that all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met.
• Lead the facility management team in the supervision of maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions and appearance and operation of the facilities.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated reporting and reviews of budgets, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders.
• Develop, prepare and explain the annual facility budget, quarterly forecasts, and business plans.
• Coordinate collection, analysis and reporting of data to assess facility management objectives and cost savings.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate facility management staff; manage performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive service excellence and vendor management.
