Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across one or more properties. The role requires managing contracts, budgets, and tenant relations to ensure service levels and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of property management experience, a related degree, and familiarity with CMMS and Yardi systems. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, corporate real estate, project management, or business administration is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other engineering or business training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility(s) including custodial, life-safety, engineering and site services.
• Manage contracts; ensure invoices match pricing and are bid as required.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
