Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization for a location or campus, ensuring safe, well-maintained buildings aligned with client goals.

You will handle day-to-day operations, vendor management, budgeting, and capital planning to deliver high-quality service, safety, and tenant satisfaction across properties. A bachelor’s in a related field and 5–7 years of experience are required, with CMMS/Yardi and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience preferred.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and maintenance per Cushman & Wakefield policies.
• Manage contracts, ensure regular reviews, and verify invoices match pricing.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and appearance of properties.
