Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization at a campus or portfolio level. You will drive day-to-day operations, manage contracts, and coordinate staff, tenants, and vendors to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration.
• 8-10 years of facilities management experience with at least 3 years at the Facilities Manager level.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation.
• Experience with human resources and performance management processes.
• Experience with critical systems environments preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities across campus or portfolio.
• Manage service contracts, monitor performance, and oversee invoicing and payments.
• Lead the facility management team and ensure staff responds to tenant needs promptly.
• Develop, deliver and review budgets, forecasts and capital plans.
• Coordinate collection and reporting of KPIs and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and safety standards.
