Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations at a campus or single location. You will implement policies, manage vendors, oversee budgets, and coordinate with clients to deliver safe, well-maintained facilities.

The role requires a degree in facilities management or related field, 5–7 years in facilities or property management, and 3+ years supervising teams. Experience with CMMS, BMS, and Yardi is preferred, as are industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in facilities or property management.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a facilities setting.
• Experience with CMMS, work order systems, and BMS; Yardi experience a plus.
• CFM, FMA, LEED O&M, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned facility(ies) or campus, ensuring best-in-class services across custodial, life safety, engineering, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, water treatment, and general maintenance.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, including scope development, quote review, purchase orders, scheduling, on-site supervision, and performance validation.
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; ensure compliance with financial controls and targets.
• Promote safety through training and leadership to meet environmental health and safety standards.
• Understand critical systems and assets, ensuring preventive maintenance and contingency planning for uptime.
