Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities, campus, or client portfolios. You will lead a team, ensure maintenance, and drive KPI performance while coordinating with clients and tenants.

The role emphasizes budgets, capital planning, contract management, and staff development within a high-service environment. An 8–10 year track record in facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in facilities management, corporate real estate, project management or business administration.
• 8–10 years in facility management with at least 3 years at Facilities Manager level.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with HR and performance management processes; experience with critical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities and ensure services are delivered per policies.
• Manage service contracts cost-effectively, audit performance, and ensure contract pricing is adhered to.
• Lead a facility management team for maintenance programs, interior/exterior conditions, and operations.
• Provide prompt, positive responses to client and tenant requests.
• Implement ongoing contract reviews to meet tenant and owner needs.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated budgets and financial reports for facilities.
• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and capital planning contributions.
• Coordinate data analysis to assess facility management objectives and cost savings.
• Hire, train, and evaluate facility management staff; drive positive employee relations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive service excellence.
