The role emphasizes tenant satisfaction, environmental health and safety, and cost-efficient operation with strong financial oversight and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience.
• Experience with critical systems and cost-reduction programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering and site services.
• Manage contracts, review invoices, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and capital planning for properties.
• Coordinate tenant relations and respond promptly to tenant needs.
