Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficiency with enterprise workplace management systems, digital ticketing platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations in accordance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and critical systems maintenance.
• Track and audit work orders in CMMS to ensure vendor SLA compliance.
• Assist with budget management, forecasting, spend reporting, and capital planning.
