You will lead maintenance operations, vendor relationships, and client programs to ensure service levels and cost efficiency across a dispersed regional portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a corporate, third-party service, or consulting environment.
• General knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; CMMS experience valued.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems (electrical, mechanical, structural, life safety).
• Maintain client satisfaction through delivery of facility services and support programs.
• Manage contracts, compliance, and quality with vendors and partners.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; plan corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Client to oversee portfolio maintenance and timely updates.
• Foster collaboration within the regional team to drive account success.
• Oversee work order management for maintenance teams and vendors.
• Ensure safety training and company policies are followed.
• Support short- and long-term projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee on-site inspections (monthly/quarterly/annual).
