Responsibilities

• Support service delivery and KPI compliance while maintaining client relationships.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office environment.
• Respond to work orders promptly and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution.
• Identify improvement opportunities and conduct site inspections to ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and moves; assist with safety and security initiatives.
• Provide information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers to minimize disruption.
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services; support events and site amenities.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation; manage building access passes.
