Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of buildings. The role supports property managers with repairs and investment plans while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, coordinate vendors, and oversee budgets and safety programs to drive operational excellence across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training and evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and technicians.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
