Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical leaders, facilities managers, and clients.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee workload and day-to-day activities of the support team for effective service delivery.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders and coordinate team activities.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for achieving department objectives.
• Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge across function and lead by example with CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
