Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking an Operations Service Center Facilities Support Engineer I to manage major incidents, monitor EMPS/BMS alarms, and provide remote troubleshooting and change control. The role requires rotating shifts in a 7x24 environment and strong collaboration with the OSC.

You will work with ServiceNow and Nuvolo, handle ticketing and CMDB data, escalate as needed, and help ensure facility reliability across data centers.

Qualifications

• AAS or BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a data center or critical environment.
• 1+ year of experience with CMMS, ticketing, and monitoring platforms (ScienceLogic, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Knowledge of BMS/EPMS monitoring systems and CMDB concepts.

Responsibilities

• Run and coordinate major incident bridges and create IRRs.
• Respond to facility requests via phones and tickets.
• Provide technical support for facility issues and escalate per SLAs.
• Correlate changes causing alarms and ensure proper change control.
