Quality Technology Services is seeking a Facilities Support Engineer I to oversee major incident management, monitor EMPS/BMS alarms, and provide remote troubleshooting in a 24/7 OSC environment. The role requires shift flexibility, incident coordination, and strong IT/Facilities knowledge.

The position emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, ticket ownership, and adherence to SLAs, with experience in CMMS tools (ScienceLogic/ServiceNow) and BMS/EPMS systems.

Formación

• AAS or BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Two+ years of experience in a data center or other critical environment.
• 1+ years of experience with CMMS, ticketing, and monitoring platforms (ScienceLogic, ServiceNow or similar).
• 1+ years of experience with monitoring systems such as BMS and EPMS.
• Familiarity with CMDB; proficient in Microsoft Office; US citizenship required by law for federal contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Major Incident bridge and create incident review reports.
• Respond to facility requests and alarms with timely escalation as per policy.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and provide detailed notes for escalation.
• Identify alarm patterns and correlate changes causing alarms.
• Maintain ticket status, follow-up, and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Understand QTS products/services and use ServiceNow/Nuvolo effectively.
• Contribute to process improvements and customer communications as needed.
