Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to monitor performance and progress status.
• File work orders, proposals, and department files submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly via memos and short correspondence.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision.
