Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize, and create work orders, estimating labor, materials, safety requirements, and timelines.
• Oversee building systems, preventive maintenance, life safety testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, manage budgets, and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support after-hours or weekend shifts as needed.
