Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in facilities management or related field.
• Ability to analyze data and drive service improvements.
• Strong vendor management and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance for the facility portfolio, including electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety.
• Analyze trends and use data to anticipate and address issues in client environments.
• Interface with client senior management, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality.
• Develop budgets and regular / ad-hoc reporting for operations.
• Ensure service quality and cost control through vendor management and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
