Job summary

You will partner with the Client Facility Manager to deliver high-quality services and manage vendor contracts and KPIs.

The role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with MS Office and CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years industry experience.
• General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of all facility systems in a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of facility services and support Client programs.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Provide contract, JLL corporate and account compliance management and quality control with vendor partners.
