Opensity Solutions is hiring a Facility Services Technician to maintain a safe, functional, and well-presented workplace. You will perform a broad range of maintenance, repair, and logistical tasks to ensure office spaces meet operational and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities include daily walkthroughs, bulb and battery replacements, ticket submissions, patch/paint work, door and ceiling tile repairs, furniture moves, and coordination of pest control.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in workplace services, facilities support, hospitality, reception, mail services, or related roles preferred.
• Basic proficiency with office equipment and familiarity with service systems or ticketing platforms.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily morning walkthroughs to assess facility conditions and needs.
• Perform bulb replacements and basic repairs across office areas.
• Submit maintenance tickets for escalation to building management.
• Patch and paint walls to maintain appearance and integrity.
• Repair doors and replace ceiling tiles as needed.
• Move and assemble furniture; support space planning initiatives.
• Coordinate pest control measures and related safety practices.
• Escort vendors and oversee access and compliance.
