Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and workplace services at our onsite location. You will supervise Facilities Associates, Coordinators, and service staff, partnering with the Facilities Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality.

The role requires 2–4 years in facilities operations with supervisory experience and a strong command of MS Office and facilities tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher education not required; strong experience in facilities operations is essential.
• Experience leading frontline facilities or workplace services teams is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic facility management tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations, ensuring buildings and spaces are safe and well maintained.
• Oversee maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with service staff.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely escalation, resolution, and documentation.
