Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Facilities Associate to support daily operations, maintenance, and hospitality functions across the workplace environment, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient facility. You will coordinate maintenance, assist with vendor coordination, setup meetings, stock supplies, and support office moves and small repairs, reporting to Workplace Services leadership.

This non-exempt role offers opportunities to develop technical knowledge and contribute to sustainability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in facilities support, workplace services, hospitality, maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with workplace service tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine facility maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations to keep environments safe and functional.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor scheduling, procurement support, and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with conference room setup/breakdown and client engagements.
• Stock and maintain pantry, kitchen, and breakroom supplies; support hospitality tasks.
• Assist with office moves, reconfigurations, furniture assembly, and small facility projects.
