Opensity Solutions is seeking a Facilities Service Specialist in Philadelphia, PA. The role provides administrative and facilities support, including office moves, conference room setups, and related tasks.

The compensation range is 22.00 to 25.00 USD per hour, with full benefits and opportunity to work with a leading tech-enabled managed services organization. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in facilities, plus proficiency with MS Office and clear communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ work experience in a facilities related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic task management software.
• Ability to communicate using a 2-way radio or similar device.
• Personable, articulate, professional when engaging with firm administrators and end users.
• Able to multitask with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry items on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 100 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Perform office moves, replicate appearance in new location and set up offices with supplies.
• Set up conference rooms with client-specific requirements; ensure cleanliness and proper lighting.
• Perform furniture assembly and related setup tasks.
• Conduct basic housekeeping: desk cleaning, fridge cleaning, and surfaces.
• Work varying schedules to reflect firm needs.
• Provide prompt responses to facility occupants’ requests.
• Document regular facilities inspections (walls, carpet, lighting, damage).
• Coordinate intra-office moves with contract movers.
• Provide escort services to external vendors.
