FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain a safe, organized workplace and deliver exceptional service to associates and visitors in our New York office.

You will oversee facilities operations, mailroom and shipping, workspace readiness, inventory management and general workplace support, partnering with the Manager, Facilities & Security to keep the environment efficient and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations, mailroom and shipping services, workspace readiness and office maintenance.
• Manage inventory of facilities supplies and coordinate with warehouse locations.
• Support conference room setups, meetings and event logistics.
• Perform light cleaning, basic repairs and general office upkeep as needed.
