Job summary

K2 Space in Torrance, CA, seeks an on-site Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to keep our HQ and adjacent spaces running smoothly. You’ll manage basic maintenance, keep the employee kitchen stocked, handle deliveries, and support event setup and other office optimization projects.

With 2+ years in facility maintenance, basic computer skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities, you’ll join a fast-paced, high-growth team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance and coordination
• Basic computer skills for work order management and reporting

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine office maintenance including regularly inspecting and restocking the office snack and kitchen areas
• Coordinate with vendors for kitchen supplies and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related requests
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address any facility-related issues
• Routinely inspect and prepare our corporate apartments ahead of employee check-ins
