Job summary

K2 Space in Torrance, CA, is hiring a full-time Facilities Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our HQ environment and adjacent corporate apartments. You will perform maintenance, stock snack/kitchen, handle deliveries, and support office optimization projects.

Responsibilities include inspecting and restocking snack/kitchen areas, coordinating with vendors, assisting events setup, and proactively addressing facility issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance and coordination.
• Basic computer skills for work order management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine office maintenance including inspecting and restocking the office snack and kitchen areas.
• Coordinate with vendors for kitchen supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related requests.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address any facility-related issues.
