Job summary

FocusKPI is seeking an on-site Workplace Operations Coordinator to join a high-tech SaaS client in Mountain View, CA. The role covers vendor management, cafeterias, janitorial services, breakroom operations, event coordination and VIP support.

Candidates should bring 2+ years in operations or facility management, strong communication, and a proactive approach to budget and contract management. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend, on-site only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations, facility or related corporate roles.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor agreements, renewals and terminations.
• Review invoices and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes as needed.
• Oversee cafeteria, janitorial, breakroom and VIP suite operations.
• Coordinate events and maintain office supplies and announcements.
