Job summary

K2 Space Corporation is seeking a dedicated Facilities/Office Maintenance Specialist to keep our HQ environment running smoothly in Torrance, CA. You will handle routine maintenance, maintain the employee kitchen, stock snacks and beverages, and support a variety of office optimization projects.

This full-time, on-site role requires 2+ years in facility maintenance and coordination, basic computer skills for work orders, and a proactive, customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance and coordination.
• Basic computer skills for work order management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine office maintenance including regularly inspecting and restocking the office snack and kitchen areas
• Coordinate with vendors for kitchen supplies and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related requests
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address any facility-related issues
• Routinely inspect and prepare our corporate apartments ahead of employee check-ins
