Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and life safety systems for the facility.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs, and maintain inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation meets design specs and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
