Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on facility and industrial systems, vehicles, and grounds. You will oversee work orders, manage inventories, and implement preventive programs to extend equipment life.

Role requires 4–5 years of related experience, a universal CFC certification, and a valid driver's license. Prior shift supervision is a plus. This on-site role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service in a facilities environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, industrial, plumbing and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet design specs and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations.
