Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to manage preventive maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing and control systems across facilities. You will review work orders, estimate resources, and oversee inventory to ensure timely completion.

The role requires a blend of field and office work, including coordinating with teams, reviewing inspections, and ensuring safety and compliance with applicable codes. A valid driver’s license and CFC certification are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to building systems to keep them up to standards.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Explain difficult information to stakeholders.
