Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and grounds. You will manage safety, inspect life safety, HVAC, and plumbing, and ensure operations meet client requirements with a focus on efficiency and reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma and 4–5 years of related experience, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Supervisory experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems of the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure building systems meet design specs and environmental conditions per client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
