Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, manage inventory, and implement preventive programs to keep systems running within design specs, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma and 4–5 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and Universal CFC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and oversee emergency maintenance when needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for compliance with design specs and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and safety directives.
