Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems within our facilities. You will review work orders, estimate resources, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years of relevant experience, a Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Strong MS Office skills and leadership capabilities are required for daily operations and team coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet or exceed rated life and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and prescribed environmental conditions.
• Oversee compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
