CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services and involves overseeing mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems to meet standards. The position requires 4–5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and Universal CFC certification, with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation meets design specs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work duties.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines in the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values to build consensus and teamwork.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, or service activities within the team and related groups.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information to stakeholders.
