Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager in Issaquah, WA to serve as the single point of contact for facilities services and to support the Regional Manager and CRE team in delivering quality facilities management. You will coordinate tenant requests, oversee space planning, and manage budgets to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years industry experience in corporate, third-party service provider, or consultancy.
• Knowledge of building systems and facilities infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and matrixed-organization management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing interactions.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint; CMMS/Work Order systems experience.
• Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and long-term space utilization planning.
• Support Area Manager with client projects and budgets.
• Develop programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Manage capital and operating budgets in collaboration with client reps.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly variance reporting for each property.
• Assist in annual management plan development for area buildings.
