Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead site facilities operations for healthcare campuses and office spaces in the Seattle area. You will mentor teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets to meet client expectations.

Reporting to the IFM Director, you will drive service excellence, safety, and performance while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors in a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial facility management or operations supervision.
• Experience leading budgets and personnel with accountability for outcomes.
• Regulatory compliance expertise including healthcare standards and surveys.
• Proven ability to work in a healthcare setting with patient-safety awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and CMMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations for healthcare campuses and offices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys and inspections.
• Manage budgets, track KPI/SLA performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead staff development, IPMP alignment, and safety training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver services.
