Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Facility Management experience.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel management.
• Regulatory compliance experience including healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations for healthcare/office campuses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys.
• Manage vendor contracts and IPMP processes with HR.
• Lead staff development and safety programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain operational excellence.
