Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and CRE team. The role focuses on coordinating tenant needs and delivering high-quality facility services to ensure client satisfaction.

Day-to-day duties include supporting project implementations, developing cost-reducing programs, overseeing budgets and reporting, and ensuring timely variance analysis across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
• Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point
• Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems
• Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in implementing short and long-term projects.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Oversee development and management of budgets by interfacing with client representative
• Develop and implement programs that reduce costs and boost productivity with FM Lead and client
• Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting for each property
• Assist with annual management plan for buildings in the area
