Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations for healthcare facilities and campus buildings in the Seattle/Bellevue area. You will oversee maintenance teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance against budgets and KPIs.

You will mentor staff, develop IPMP templates, and foster a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace. Reporting to the IFM Director, you will partner with sourcing and project teams, manage vendor contracts, and maintain strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Facility Management, Plant Operations, Engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with budget and personnel management responsibilities.
• Regulatory compliance experience including healthcare standards and state requirements.
• Experience maintaining perpetual regulatory compliance and working with MSAs and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations for healthcare facilities and corporate campuses, including maintenance teams and regulatory programs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory surveys.
• Manage operating budgets, track KPI/SLA performance, and coordinate vendors and projects.
• Lead staff development, IPMP planning, and safe work practices for infection control and safety.
